After spending several years working on some large scale video game projects, Todd Widup moved into film in a big way securing a position at Weta Digital on Lord of the Rings, Return of the King. Todd became a key member of the motion edit department, responsible for working on several massive agents, like Gondorian Soldiers, Orcs and Trolls, along with being the lead motion edit Technical Director (TD) for the onset motion capture of Gollum for the Shelob's cave and Mount Doom sequences.
